Riverfront Golden Zones
Golden has a lot to be proud of. The Pedestrian Bridge, Rotary Trails, Spirit Square, Confluence Park and Golden Golf Club. Residents enjoy these volunteer-driven assets every day of the year. "Creating, purchasing or investing in a business or other venture requires a systematic
approach." - Victor Cumming, Westcoast CED Consulting Ltd., 2010

Choosing and weighting the appropriate project selection criteria for Riverfront Golden will take substantial time and energy from the entire community and all of its supporting groups.
Requirements for diligent and efficient project selection include:
Using standard, community-oriented and publicly available project selection criteria will ensure that limited resources are used efficiently and effectively. Closed-door project selection processes often do not result in public support and resource optimization.
